On April 12, in the assembly hall of the new building of the Samarkand State Medical University, a meeting of university graduates with Khokim and heads of sectors of the Urgut region was held.

  The meeting with the graduates was opened by the Rector of SamSMU, Jasur Rizaev. In his opening speech, he noted the measures being taken to improve the quality of education at the university, the integration of education and basic medicine with practical healthcare, the country's leader's initiatives to reform the healthcare sector, and the opportunities being created for graduates in the field.In their speeches Khokim of Urgut district Botir Jabborov, district prosecutor Shuhrat Kholmurzaev, head of the district police department Zohid Mamadaliev, head of the district STS department Obid Suvanov spoke in detail about vacant jobs in the district, conditions created for young specialists during local employment, opportunities for financial incentives for their future activity and other possible preferences. All the participants unanimously noted that at all times work and service for the benefit of the motherland and their people has been considered a special honour among our people.

  After a heartfelt discussion and questions from participants, the graduates received invitations to apply for jobs in their area of interest.
