On the eve of the Navruz holiday, SamSMI also held various festive events. In particular, sumalak was organised in dormitory No. 3. Professors, deans of all faculties, tutors, students and the entire staff took part in the event.

  The event was opened by Rector J.A.Rizaev and he congratulated the participants on the festival of renewal and rejuvenation - Navruz. He wished everyone success in their work and studies.

  Dances, songs, stage performances and various games prepared by the students enriched the festival, which contributed to its positive and cheerful mood.

  In addition, pilaf was prepared and distributed to the students in the hostel in connection with the celebration.

  The upcoming Navruz holiday was celebrated at a high level in Samarkand State Medical University.
