The 14th of February is the 539th anniversary of the birth of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, one of the great figures of Uzbek literature, poet, writer, scholar, military leader, statesman, the founder of the "Great Dynasty of Baburids" (Mughal dynasty).

  With the purpose of realization of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 5040 of March 26, 2021: “ON MEASURES FOR PROFOUND IMPROVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF SPIRITUAL-EDUCATIONAL WORK” and worthy celebration of the 539th anniversary of birth of the great poet and thinker Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, the staff of "Uzbek language and literature, with the Russian language" department of Samarkand Medical Institute conducted the round table with the students of the dormitory № 2. Dean of the Faculty of International Education F.M.Raufov, Deputy Dean M.O.Zaripov, tutors of faculty and a member of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, poet and journalist Zubaidulla Ibragimov took part in the event.

  The meeting was accompanied by stories and interesting facts from the life of our great ancestor. The glorious artistic heritage of the great poet was emphasized separately, and Ghazals and Rubāʿī from his art did not leave any of the participants of this event indifferent.
