Employees of Samarkand State Medical Institute are actively involved in advanced training programs in foreign countries through participation in academic exchange programs.

  A group of staff members of the Department of General Hygiene and Ecology of Faculty of Medical Prevention, Public Health and Medical Biology visited Istanbul Medeniyet University (Turkey) within the framework of academic exchange programme.

  On January 17, employees of the Institute visited the Faculty of Medicine of this university, get acquainted with the conditions created here for students and teachers, academic and scientific life, information and resource centre of faculty. During the meeting with Turkish colleagues all aspects of multifaceted cooperation between our universities were discussed.
