On October 19, Rector Prof. Jasur Rizaev met with students of the Samarkand State Medical Institute, including activists of the Youth Union and the "SamMI Union" at a conference hall of the Samarkand State Medical Institute.

  So, Jasur Rizaev urged the young people to be active, timely respond to attitude to our country in the current information space, the results of reforms, diversity of views on today's education and criticism of individuals at the meeting. The head of the institute underlined opportunities, which had been created in the Year of Youth, therefore he said that all knowledge and efforts should be directed towards creativity and harmonious development.

  Thus, participants asked for opportunities to collaborate with students from other medical schools. As a result, it was proposed to establish discussion and intellectual clubs, to create the first student forum among the higher educational institutions and students of the republic.

  At the end of the meeting it was noted that in the coming days the Media Centre and "Theatre Studio" would be opened for the students of the institute. Participants of the meeting were happy to get answers to all their questions.

  It should be noted that such meetings between the Rector and the students of the Institute are held on a regular basis.
