On October 13, open lectures were held at Samarkand State Medical Institute on the initiative of the Council of Young Scientists. The topics of the open lectures were “Observance of Personal Hygiene” (N.N. Shavazi, Chair of the Young Scientists Council) and “Family Planning” (G.N. Indaminova, Assistant of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No.3). The open lectures were attended by senior students, professors and staff of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Samarkand State Medical Institute.

  After the lectures, consultations were organised by the staff of the institute's departments.
