An online subject Olympiad was held in the republic among students of higher educational institutions of the country. Students of the Samarkand State Medical Institute also took an active part in it.

- Sayfullaeva Farangiz Nizamovna - 4th year student of the Faculty of General Medicine, III-place in the subject "Surgery" (scientific adviser PhD, ass. Zainiev AF);
- Kurakboev Doston Ibodullaevich - 5th year student of the Faculty of General Medicine, II place in the subject of "Forensic medical examination" (scientific supervisor associate professor F.Kh. Boymanov);
- Kayumov Sardor Badalboy ugli - 5th year student of the pediatric faculty, II place in the subject "Neurology" (scientific adviser PhD Gaybiev AA);
- Shamsiev Shokhzod Zhamshidovich, 4th year student of the medical faculty, III-place in the subject "Pediatric surgery" (supervisor prof. Shamsiev Zh.A.).
