International cooperation is also a priority at Samarkand State Medical Institute, as evidenced by the increased visits of foreign partners.

  Within the framework of the International Olympiad for medical students "Mastery of aesthetic restoration in dentistry", Samarkand State Medical Institute was visited by the Head of Medical and therapeutic department of the international company Ivoclar Vivadent (Germany) in the CIS and Baltic countries, well-known expert in the field of microprosthetics and aesthetic restoration Victor Daub.

  The international company Ivoclar Vivadent is one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-tech dental instruments whose products are delivered to more than 120 countries around the world. Every year, the company provides retraining and continuing education for more than 3,200 specialists in 24 countries.

  So, in the course of negotiations with Ivoclar Vivadent, the management of the institute discussed the current issues of dental training on the level of European and global standards and concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation. Thus, Ivoclar Vivadent will now provide technological and innovative support for the training of highly qualified dental professionals at Samarkand State Medical Institute, under the Memorandum.
