The Ministry of Higher and Specialized Secondary Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ulugbek Fund for Support of Talented Youth and the Youth Affairs Agency have organized the republican contest of articles "The best article of the year" among students, doctoral candidates and researchers.

  This year, the students of the Samarkand State Medical Institute took an active part in the contest and submitted their articles on "Why I love Uzbekistan", "Heritage of ancestors is priceless", "New Uzbekistan - country of new opportunities" and 11 other topics.

  The organizing committee of the competition received more than 500 articles, of which the jury selected 44 as the best.

  An article "Third Renaissance - Opportunities for Youth" by Diyora Akhmedjanova, a student of the Faculty of Medical Pedagogy of Samarkand State Medical Institute, was selected as the "Best Article of the Year".

  The awards ceremony was held at the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, and the selected articles will be included in the second book "Talented Youth of New Uzbekistan.

  We congratulate Diyora Akhmedjanova, a student of our institute, on her brilliant victory and wish her new creative successes!
