Abstract
Энергетик ичимликлар (ЭИ) истеъмоли йилдан йилга кўпайиб бормоқда, жумладан профессонал спортчилар, ҳаваскор спортчилар ва ҳатто иш чарчоқлари билан боғлиқ қийинчиликларга дуч келган одамлар орасида машҳурликка эришмоқда. Мавжуд маълумотлар шуни кўрсатадики, касаллик ёки ўлим қайд этилган холатлар-нинг катта қисми ўсмирлар ёки ёшлар билан боғлиқ бўлган. Энергетиклар истеъмолининг салбий оқибатлари соғлом одамларда ҳам кузатилиши мумкин, аммо баъзи одамлар асоратларга айниқса мойил бўлиши мумкин. Хавф гуруҳига кофеин истеъмол қилмайдиган ёки кофеинга сезгир бўлган ёшлар, ҳомиладор аёллар, спортчилар ва юрак-қон томир касалликлари билан оғриган одамлар киради. Адабиётларда келтирилган маълумотларга кўра энергетик ичимликларнинг организимга салбий таъсири энг кўп юрак- қон томир, асаб, овқат ҳазм қилиш ва сийдик ажратиш тизимида кузатилади. Мақолада энергетикларнинг юқорида келтириб ўтилган орган ва тизимларга таъсири бўйича маълумотлар келтирилган
