Annotatsiya

У 26,9% из 581 больного раком гортани развились регионарные метастазы. Трудности их диагностики обусловливают необходимость применения профилактических мер воздействия на очаги регионарного распространения метастазов. Из 147 пациентов с раком гортани II—III стадии (T2NOMO—T3NOMO) у 31 было проведено плановое облучение шейных лимфатических узлов, у 37 - профилактическая операция на шее, у 79 пациентов специальное лечение шейных лимфатических узлов не проводилось. Первичная опухоль была подвергнута комбинирован-ному, радиологическому или хирургическому лечению. Анализ 5- и 10-летней выживаемости не выявил какого-либо влияния профилактического лечения лимфатических узлов на общую выживаемость.
