АЛЛЕРГИЧЕСКИЙ РИНИТ – ПРОБЛЕМА ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ КАТАСТРОФЫ ИЛИ ПАТОФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ ОРГАНИЗМА (335-343)

Аннотация

Целью данного обзора было – изучить результаты многоцентровых исследований, посвященных проблеме аллергического ринита, определить степень взаимосвязи заболевания с экологическими катаклизмами, интерпретируя результаты влияния их на основные патофизиологические изменения организма основываясь на заключения, научно обоснованные данные протоколов различных исследователей. В надежде на то, чтобы глубже проникнуть в суть раз-вития аллергического ринита у пациентов, тем более у живущих и работающих в экологически неблагоприятных условиях будем настойчиво проводить исследования в направлении понятия изменений патофизиологических дисфункций организма при подобном состоянии. И нужно отметить, что можно долго анализировать состояние аллергизации организма с клиническими проявлениями АР, однако задачей врача-аллерголога является изучение, выявление причин и клинического течения заболевания, и как можно скорее начать целенаправленную, патогенетически обоснованную терапию, проводить профилактику возможных обострений и осложнений данного состояния.
