Аннотация
306 pregnant women without carbohydrate metabolism disorders were examined at the Republican Screening Center at 11-13 weeks of pregnancy. Based on the results of the oral glucose tolerance test, 2 groups were formed: 1) 52 patients with gestational diabetes (main group), 2) 254 pregnant women without carbohydrate metabolism disorders (control group). When analyzing the impact on the development of GDM, hypertensive disorders in previous and current pregnancies came to the fore. Traditional risk indices (heredity, overweight, large fetus) were much less important. According to our data, hypertensive disorders are one of the main factors contributing to the development of gestational diabetes.
Ключевые слова
