Abstract
В данной статье приведен обзор литературных данных по особенностям клинического течения беременности и родов на фоне пневмонии COVID-19. Описаны факторы риска тяжести течения COVID-19 и неблагоприятные исходы беременности и перинатального периода среди женщин с определенным демографическим профилем и состоянием здоровья. Отмечается, что среди беременных женщин с COVID-19 по сравнению с женщинами без COVID-19 чаще наблюдаются преждевременные роды, повышен риск материнской смертности и госпитализации в отделения интенсивной терапии. Систематический обзор литературы в данном направлении служит основой для формирования текущих руководств на фоне непрекращающейся пандемии COVID-19.
