Abstract

Эпидемия ВИЧ/СПИДа представляет собой одну из наиболее серьезных глобальных угроз для общественного здравоохранения, затрагивающую миллионы людей по всему миру. Вирус иммунодефици-та человека разрушает иммунную систему организма, делая его уязвимым к инфекциям и некоторым видам рака, что в конечном итоге может привести к СПИДу. Несмотря на значительный прогресс в борьбе с эпидемией, включая расширение доступа к антирет-ровирусной терапии и внедрение эффективных профи-лактических мер, глобальное распространение ВИЧ продолжает угрожать обществу. Наибольшее бремя эпидемия несут страны Африки к югу от Сахары, од-нако проблема сохраняется и в других регионах, вклю-чая Восточную Европу и Центральную Азию. В Узбе-кистане наблюдается рост числа новых случаев ВИЧ, что требует активизации профилактических и обра-зовательных инициатив. Основными препятствиями в борьбе с эпидемией остаются стигма, дискриминация, неравенство в доступе к медицинским услугам, а также недостаточное финансирование программ. Для достижения глобальной цели по ликвидации СПИДа к 2030 году необходимы усиленные усилия, улучшение доступности лечения, повышение уровня образования и устойчивые инвестиции в здоровье.
