Abstract
Рецидив варикозного расширения вен нижних конечностей (ВРВНК) представляет собой значительную проблему современной флебологии и требует комплексного подхода к изучению причин и разработке методов лечения. В статье мы провели глубокий анализ причин рецидивов после хирургическо-го и малоинвазивного лечения ВРВНК. Несмотря на развитие современных технологий, таких как эндове-нозная лазерная облитерация (ЭВЛО), радиочастот-ная абляция (РЧА), склеротерапия и цианакрилатная облитерация, все эти методы имеют свои ограниче-ния. Исследования показывают, что хотя ЭВЛО и РЧА демонстрируют лучшие результаты по сравнению с другими методами, они также связаны с рецидивами из-за анатомических особенностей венозной системы и сложности полной облитерации пораженных вен. В частности, такие факторы, как длина и форма культи БПВ, расположение перфорантных вен, а также потенциальные осложнения, ограничивают эффективность этих методов в долгосрочной пер-спективе. Это подчёркивает необходимость регуляр-ного послеоперационного наблюдения, в том числе с применением ультразвукового контроля для своевре-менного выявления и устранения рецидивных измене-ний.
