Abstract

Целью данного исследования является обзорный анализ наиболее распространенных предикторов не благоприятных клинических исходов у пациентов с желудочно-кишечными кровотечениями (ЖКК) из верх них отделов. Исследование основано на обзоре прогностических факторов, включающих показатели лабора торных анализов, инструментальных данных, данных клинико-анамнестического характера. Ключевыми про гностическими факторами, выделенными в ходе исследования, стали предикторы, наиболее часто используе мые в известных прогностических системах: возраст, коморбидность, гемодинамика, уровень сознания, симп томы ЖКК, время с момента проявления симптоматики, рецидивы ЖКК, эндоскопические данные, мочевина и креатинин крови, гемоглобин, альбумин, международное нормализованное отношение (МНО). Давно из вестно, что эти факторы демонстрируют значимую связь с неблагоприятными исходами и могут служить надежными маркерами для прогнозирования течения заболевания. Исследование подчеркивает необходимость не только их активного использования в клинической практике, но и дальнейших исследований с целью рас ширения списка клинических предикторов, что может способствовать разработке новых подходов к ведению пациентов желудочно-кишечных кровотечений.
