Abstract
Организмнинг бактериал инфекцияга қарши иммунитетининг етишмаслиги бронхоэктаз касаллиги ривожланишининг асосий шарти ҳисобланади. Бундан ташқари, кўплаб беморларда аниқ сабаблари йўқ ва идёпатик касаллик деб таърифланади. Тадқиқотда бронхоэктаз касаллигини комплекс хирургик даволашда иммуностатусни коррекциялаш усулларидан фойдаланган ҳолда операциядан кейинги клиник натижаларни яхшилаш ўрганилди. Тадқиқотда 2019-2023-йилларда бронхоэктаз касаллиги билан даволанган 118 нафар бемор қатнашди. Тадқиқот натижалари шуни кўрсатдики, бронхоэктаз касаллигига чалинган беморларда комплекс хирургик даволашда анъанавий даволаш билан биргаликда иммунотерапияни қўллаш юқори самарадорликка олиб келади.
