Abstract
Диагностика острого повреждения почек у детей, на ранних стадиях развития, после кардиохирургических вмешательств, остается главной проблемой реаниматологии, педиатрии, неонатологии, нефрологии. Основываясь на рутинных методах, таких как определение сывороточного креатинина, скорости клубочковой фильтрации и объема диуреза, практическая медицина не достигает успешных результатов. В связи с этим определение биомаркеров острого повреждения почек является одним из ключевых моментов в решении проблемы ранней диагностики.
