Abstract

Имеющиеся в настоящее время данные свидетельствуют о том, что хирургическое лечение всех степеней варикоцеле может улучшить мужскую фертильность. В работе, на большом клиническом материале изучена эффективность внедрения доппле-рографии сосудов мошонки в диагностике варикоцелде у мужчин с первичным и вторичным бесплодием. С внедрением в диагностику мужского бесплодия УЗИ с допплерографией сосудов мошонки выявляемость варикоцеле с 2-х сторон увеличилось из 32,2% до 61,6%, р < 0,01, также достоверно увеличилось доля пациентов с варикоцеле справа.
