Abstract

Ревматоидный артрит (РА) является одним из часто встречающихся аутоиммунных заболеваний как в российской, так и в мировой популяции, причем в последние годы отмечается рост числа пациентов во всех возрастно-половых группах [3, 7]. Неблагоприятный прогноз у пациентов с РА может быть связан с поражением почек [10]. Частота поражения почек при РА, по данным разных авторов, составляет от 57 до 73 % [1, 2]. Boers М. по данным аутопсий установлено, что различные варианты поражения почек встречаются у 19,7 % пациентов с РА
