Abstract

Проведенный анализ современных научных источников по проблеме последствий наличия мекония в амниотической жидкости для плода и новорожденного показывает, что мекониальные воды – безусловный фактор риска возможного негативного исхода родов. Наиболее значимыми факторами, ассоциированными с мекониальными водами, являются использование окситоцина, низкие оценки младенцев по Apgar, неудовле-творительное состояние новорожденных и повышенная частота родоразрешений кесаревым сечением.
