Abstract
Tadqiqot "chekuvchilar ichishadi va ichuvchilar chekishadi" degan kuzatuvni tasdiqlaydi. Ushbu tadqiqotda biz alkogolga qaram boʻlgan kasalxonadagi bemorlarda nikotinga qaramlik va affektiv buzilishlarning ogʻirligi oʻrtasidagi munosabatni baholashni maqsad qilganmiz. Tadqiqotda alkogolga qaramlik tashhisi qoʻyilgan 105 statsionar bemor ishtirok etdi. Ular SCID-I bilan ta’minlandi, AUDIT, nikotin, giyohvandlik uchun Fagerstrom test, Hamilton depressiya va bezovtalik baholash koʻlamli. Natijalar shuni koʻrsatdiki, alkogolga qaramlik va nikotinga qaramlik bilan ogʻrigan bemorlarda affektiv buzilishlarning oʻrtacha zoʻravonligi yuqori boʻlgan, ammo affektiv buzilishlarning ogʻirligida nikotinga bogʻliq va mustaqil guruhlar oʻrtasida sezilarli farq yoʻq edi. Spirtli ichimliklarga qaram boʻlgan chekuvchi bemorlar va affektiv kasalliklarga chalingan turli chekish yoki chekmaydigan guruhlar oʻrtasidagi qiyosiy tadqiqotlar qimmatli ma’lumotlarni taqdim etishi mumkin.
