Abstract

The paper summarizes various positions on the biochemical shifts of the resonance maxima of many metabolite macromolecules. The data of the volumetric characteristics of the quantitative content of metabolites in the studied tissues are presented, which provides an important biological assessment and can be identified in proton MR spectrograms. The use of magnetic resonance spectroscopy in the study of the brain will make it possible to understand the main biochemical processes of its work and solve a number of issues in the differentiation of brain tumors. The described examination technique makes it possible to non-invasively monitor the dynamics of pathology at the biochemical level.

Key words
