Abstract
Asab tizimining vertebrogenik kasalliklari inson kasalliklari orasida etakchi o'rinni egallaydi, bu ularning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy va ilmiy-tibbiy ahamiyatini belgilaydi. Asab tizimining barcha lezyonlari orasida vertebrogenik siqish radikal sindromlariga tegishli. Turli manbalarga ko'ra, orqa - radikulopatiya og'rig'i sindromi tarkibida quyidagilar mavjud 10-30% [1, 2, 3]. Omurilikdagi patologik o'zgarishlardan kelib chiqadigan radikulopatiya periferik asab tizimining vertebrogenik patologiyasining eng og'ir shakllaridan biri bo'lib, multifaktorial patologiya bo'lib, ko'pincha bir-biri bilan birlashtirilgan rivojlanish xavfi omillariga ega [2, 4, 5]. Orqa miya ildizini siqib chiqarganda, nogironlik davomiyligi sezilarli darajada oshadi, qimmat tekshiruv va davolanish talab etiladi. Mavjud degeneratsiya belgilari etarli darajada baholanmasa, muhim nevrologik kamchiliklarga ega bo'lgan doimiy nogironlik bo'lishi mumkin [6, 7, 8]. Bugungi kunga kelib, lomber kompressiya radikulopati uchun tubulyar va endoskopik usullar, shuningdek, W. Caspar usuli uchun jarrohlik davolashning bir necha takomillashtirilgan usullari ma'lum[3, 4, 5, 7]. Shu bilan birga, lomber siqish radikulopati bilan jarrohlik aralashuv zonasida mavjud muammolar, og'riq va radikal sindromlarning takrorlanishi mavjud jarrohlik qo'llanmalarni yanada baholashni, kasallikning takrorlanishining sabab-ta'sir munosabatlarini aniqlashni va operatsiyadan keyingi davrda bemorlarning hayot sifatini baholashni talab qiladi. Tadqiqot maqsadi lomber siqish radikulopati mikroxirurgik davolanishidan so'ng uzoq davr natijalarini (45 kungacha) qiyosiy tahlil qilish edi.
Key words
