Abstract
Сердечно-сосудистые заболевания продолжают лидировать в статистике мировой летальности. Среди многообразия факторов риска, повышающих вероятность их возникновения, проблема мультифокального атеросклероза является одной из наиболее актуальных на сегодняшний день. Принято считать, что более чем в половине случаев причиной смерти пациентов от заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы является одномоментное поражение коронарных и сонных артерий. В настоящее время выполнение стентирования сонных артерий в случае необходимости одномоментной реваскуляризации каротидного и коронарного русла (особенно при отсутствии возможности проведения операции на работающем сердце) можно считать равноправной альтернативой. Различные комбинации методик реваскуляризации миокарда (АКШ/эндоваскулярное вмешательство) и сонных артерий (стентирование ВСА и КЭАЭ) позволяют выработать индивидуальный подход к каждому пациенту. Однако требуется проведение больших мульти-центровых рандомизированных исследований для определения роли стентирования как сонных, так и коронарных артерий в лечении пациентов с мультифокальным атеросклерозом коронарного и каротидного русла
