Грыжа межпозвонкового диска поясничного отдела (ГМПД) является распространенным заболеванием, которым страдают 5–15 % населения, в основном люди в возрасте от 30 до 50 лет. В исследование были вклю чены 66 пациентов, перенесших микродискэктомию, разделенные на две группы: основную (40 пациентов прошли комплексную реабилитацию) и контрольную (26 пациентов получали стандартный послеоперацион ный уход). Эффективность лечения оценивалась через 3, 6 и 12 месяцев с использованием визуально аналоговой шкалы боли (ВАШ), индекса инвалидности Освестри (ODI) и шкалы качества жизни SF-36. Ре зультаты показали, что у пациентов основной группы наблюдалось значительное снижение интенсивности боли, значительное уменьшение неврологических изменений и раннее улучшение важных функциональных показателей по сравнению с контрольной группой. Таким образом, применение современных методов хирур гического лечения и последующей реабилитации значительно снизило риск инвалидизации и улучшило каче ство жизни пациентов.
