Annotatsiya

COVID-19 дан кейинги даврда хасталанган беморлар ўпка тўқимасида юзага келдаиган ўзгаришларнинг ўзига хослиги, аксарият 85% холатда ўпкаларнинг зарарланган сохаларида карнификация ёки пневсклерознинг ривожланиши билан давом этганлиги аниқланди. Айнан ўпка тўқимасининг пневмосклерози натижасида, кичик қон айланиш доирасида қонни димланиши, ўпка гипертензияси ва ёшга доир хар бир индивид танасида ривожланган сурункали гипоксия оқибатида, ўпкаларнинг соғлом қисми форсирланган морфофункционал зўриқиш ўпкаларда эмфизема ва бошқа турдаги дистелектатик ўзгаришларнинг юзага келиши билан хараетрланади.
