Аннотация
Важнейшей задачей здравоохранения является ранняя выявляемость и диагностика, менеджмент, совершенствование системы кардиологической и кардиохирургической помощи, повышение ее эффективности и доступности, особенно у больных с подозрением на ИБС. Несмотря на постоянное совершенствование технологий по диагностике и лечению ССЗ - ишемическая болезнь сердца (ИБС) остается основной причиной преждевременной смерти и инвалидизации населения во всем мире. На современном этапе развития медицины, важную роль в ранней и своевременной диагностике заболеваний играют методы медицинской визуализации, характеризующиеся минимумом неблагоприятных эффектов и противопоказаний, позволяющие оценивать степень поражения человеческого организма и его органов, и помогают в определении тактики лечения и конечного результата, ожидаемом улучшении прогноза заболевания. Ранняя и своевременная диагностика ССЗ, в частности ИБС играет большую роль в снижении процента инвалидности и смертности, в выработке тактики лечения с дальнейшим определением показаний к методам реваскуляризации миокарда.
