ОСНОВЫ РЕГЕНЕРАТИВНОЙ ЭНДОДОНТИИ (325-330)

Аннотация
Регенеративная эндодонтия основана на фундаментальной работе, и ее процедуры опреде-ляются как биологически обоснованные процедуры, предназначенные для замены поврежденных структур, таких как дентин, корневые структуры и клетки пульпо-дентинного комплекса. Этот новый метод лечения направлен на обеспечение нормальной функции пульпы. Он стал альтернативой лечению апикального периодонтита. Регенеративная эндодонтия является продолжением лечения корневых каналов. Регенера-тивное эндодонтическое лечение способствует ис-тинной регенерации пульпы и восстановлению пульпо-дентинного комплекса, что приводит к ревитализации зуба.
