ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ РЕМИССИИ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ОСТРЫМ ЛИМФОБЛАСТНЫМ ЛЕЙКОЗОМ В ЗАВИСИМОСТИ ОТ ТАКТИКИ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ (6-9)

Аннотация

Острые лейкозы характеризуются не только морфологической, но и молекулярно-генетической гетеро генностью. Современные возможности диагностики – внедрение методов иммунофенотипирования, изучение кариотипа бластных клеток, молекулярные методы исследования позволяют углубленно изучать механизмы лейкозогенеза. В настоящее время общая выживаемость больных острыми миелоидными лейкозами составля ет 40-50%. В статье рассмотрено обсервационное исследование, в которое включено 296 диагностированных случаев острого лимфобластного лейкоза в возрасте старше 12 лет. Больные были распределены по возраст ной группе и полу. Средний возраст - 22 года. BCR-ABL был выполнен у 111 (37,5%) пациентов и дал поло жительный результат у 20 (6,8%). Также изучены показатели периферической крови пациентов и состояние после проведенной терапии.
