СОН У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ОЖИРЕНИЕМ: НАРУШЕНИЯ И ОСОБЕННОСТИ (306-310)

Аннотация

Помимо общепринятых факторов риска, связанных с развитием ожирения и инсулинорезистентности, значительное внимание уделяется роли нарушений сна. В обзоре представлены данные, подтверждающие двустороннюю связь между расстройствами сна и метаболическими нарушениями, основываясь на многочисленных исследованиях. Рассмотрено влияние изменений длительности сна, нарушений циркадного ритма, синдрома обструктивного апноэ и инсомнии на вероятность развития ожирения и кар-диометаболических заболеваний. Также акцентиру-ется внимание на том, что эти нарушения могут ос-ложнять снижение массы тела в рамках терапевти-ческих вмешательств у пациентов с ожирением.
