Аннотация

Вирусный гепатит D — это тяжелая форма вирусного гепатита. Инфекция HDV значительно ускоряет прогрессирование печеночной недостаточности, повышая риск развития цирроза печени и гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы. В статье представлен обзор, рассматривающий основные подходы к оценке бремени вирусного гепатита D, включая эпи-демиологию, распространенность и исходы HDV ин-фекции. Мы стремимся изучить текущую распро-страненность и эпидемиологические факторы HDV инфекции.
