Аннотация

The article examines the clinical, anamnestic, laboratory, and instrumental features of chronic prostatitis depending on age. It was found that the pathology manifests with varying frequency and symptom characteristics in young, middle-aged, and elderly patients. Special attention is paid to age-related changes, comorbidities, and infectious status, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment.
