Аннотация

Она сутининг цитокинлари, ўсиш омиллари ва турли гормонлар иммунитет ҳужайраларининг кўпайиши, омон қолиши, дифференциацияси ва функциясини биргаликда бошқаради. Ушбу бирикмаларнинг кенг доираси инсон сутида мавжуд бўлиб, янги туғилган чақалоққа ичак билан боғланган ва периферик лимфоид тўқималарнинг тез ривожланиши ва етилиши даврида берилади. Янги туғилган чақалоқларга она сути таркибий қисмларининг кўпчилигининг кўрсатиладиган иммуномодуляцион функционал аҳамияти номаълум. Шу билан бирга, сут пролактинининг неонатал иммунитет тизимининг ривожланишининг регулятори бўлиб хизмат қилиши ҳақида далиллар мавжуд бўлиб, сутнинг иммуномодуляцион фаоллиги бўлган таркибий қисмлар неонатал иммунитетни ривожлантириш агенти бўлиб хизмат қилиши мумкин деган тахминни қўллаб-қувватлайди.
