Аннотация
XXI асрда инсон асаб тизимига қўзғатувчи таъсир кўрсатадиган энергетик ичимликларнинг кенг тарқалганлиги, айниқса ёшлар ўртасида тобора долзарб бўлиб бормоқда. Ҳозирги вақтда мактаб ўқувчилари, талабалар, ҳамда ақлий ва жисмоний меҳнат билан шуғулланувчи кишилар иш ёки ўқиш пайтларида, асосан кўп истеъмол қилишади. Энергетик ичимликларнинг машҳурлиги ва ўсмирлар ва ёшлар орасида уларни ҳаддан ташқари истеъмол қилишнинг тез ўсиши умумий саломатлик ва фаровонлик билан боғлиқ жиддий ташвишларни келтириб чиқарди. Охирги бир неча ўн йилликларда кафе, бар ва озиқ - овқат дўконларининг расталарида энергетик ичимликларни ва бошқа шу каби юқори концентрланган энергетик ичимликлар пайдо бўлганлигини биламиз. Шу билан бир қаторда, ана шундай энергетик ичимликларни севиб истеъмол қилувчилар, бошқача айтганда уларга боғланиб қолган ишқибозлари ҳам борлиги ҳеч кимга сир эмас. Энергетик ичимликлар организмга вақтинчалик куч, қувват беради, уйқуни қочиради, кайфиятни кўтариб, фаоллигини оширади. Биз мақоламизда энергетик ичимликлар таъсирида одам организми ички аъзоларидаги юзага келиши мумкин бўлган морфологик ва функцио-нал ўзгаришларига бағишланган илмий ишлар ҳақида умумий маълумот бердик.
