РОЛЬ ДЕФИЦИТА ВИТАМИНА D В СОМАТИЧЕСКОМ ЗДОРОВЬЕ И МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКОМ ГОМЕОСТАЗЕ ОРГАНИЗМА (321-326)

Аннотация

В настоящее время роль витамина D в организме, а также оптимальная доза и статус витамина D являются предметом дискуссий. Дефицит витамина D (сывороточный 25-гидроксивитамин D [25(OH)D]< 50нмоль/л или 20нг/мл) связан с неблагоприятными последствиями для скелета, включая переломы и потерю костной массы. Таким образом, основной целью лечения является уровень 25(OH)D >50 нмоль/л или 20 нг/мл, хотя некоторые данные указывают на пользу более высокого порога. Тяжелый дефицит витамина D с концентрацией 25(OH)D ниже <30 нмоль/л (или 12 нг/мл) резко увеличивает риск смертности, инфекций и многих других заболеваний. Витамин D не панацея, но высоко эффективен при его дефиците. Учитывая его редкие побочные эффекты и относительно широкий запас безопасности, он может быть важной, недорогой и безопасной адъювантной терапией для многих заболеваний, но будущие крупные и хорошо спланированные исследования должны оценить это более подробно. Вмешательство общественного здравоохранения во всем мире, включающее добавление витамина D в определенные группы риска и систематическое обогащение продуктов питания витамином D, чтобы избежать серьезного дефицита витамина D, представляется важным. В этом описательном обзоре обсуждается современная международная литература о дефиците витамина D, его актуальности и терапевтических возможностях.
