РОЛЬ ЛАПАРОСКОПИИ В ПРОГНОЗИРОВАНИИ И ЛЕЧЕНИИ ОСТРОГО ПАНКРЕАТИТА (219-225)

Аннотация

Проведено исследование на 102 пациентах с острым деструктивным панкреатитом и ферментативным перитонитом, которым в течение первых 72 часов после начала заболевания была выполнена лапароскопия. Результаты этого исследования привели к разработке балльной системы оценки патологических изменений в брюшной полости, которая позволяет прогнозировать тяжесть заболевания. Оказалось, что результаты лапароскопии с балльной оценкой изменений в брюшной полости в большей степени совпадают с оценкой тяжести острого панкреатита, проведенной с помощью компьютерной томографии по шкале Balthazar (чувствительность метода составила 84,0% и 86,3% соответственно).
