COVID-19 И ПОЧКИ: ПОСЛЕДНИЕ ДАННЫЕ (240-244)

Аннотация

Острое повреждение почек (ОПП) является частым осложнением COVID-19, связанным с повышенной смертностью и заболеваемостью. Чаще всего COVID-19 вызывает острый канальцевый некроз; однако в некоторых случаях также были зарегистрированы коллапсирующий фокально-сегментарный гломеру-лосклероз и прямой вирусный тропизм почек. ОПП, вторичная по отношению к COVID-19, имеет много-факторное происхождение. Даже легкое нарушение функции почек является независимым фактором риска заражения COVID-19, госпитализации и смертности. Необходимы дополнительные исследования точного воздействия COVID-19 на почки. Наконец, еще пред-стоит доказать, можно ли улучшить исходы у паци-ентов с заболеванием почек с помощью ожидаемых программ вакцинации.
